replacement camera

Looks like the old camera is lost forever so we got a pawn shop replacement. Here are some pics:

My hard working husband usually leaves for work before 7:00am and doesn't get home until about 6:30pm. On this rare occasion, after work, he was able to listen to a symphany all the way through (his passion is classical music). As a bonus, he was able to spend some quiet time with Tag.

Lost

Well, I lost my camera:( Hopefully it turns up, but I searched everywhere. I am so sad. My gut tells me Tai threw it in the garbage can, and now it is long gone to the dump.

I will post a picture from the past.

This is a cute one from Christmas Day.

Here is some exciting news.....we got a MINIVAN! Wahoo. We got a steal of a deal $800 for a '98 Dodge Grande Caravan. After crowding in our small acura, I feel like we are living in the lap of luxury now. I would post a picture but...alas, no camera:(

Sleeping Heaven

I just wanted to say what great sleep we have been getting around here lately. (I realize Tag is not sleeping in this picture, but he is at night!) Last night Tag slept from 9:45 to 5:45 ! 8 hours! I fed him then he went back to sleep until 9:00am. Hurray for me. The night before he went from 6:00 pm to 4:45am! I am liking this pattern. Tai is a different story...

Devil in the Dark

When my husband Mark was growing up, he idolized Spock. He wanted to be just like him. He is a star trek fan but gratefully is not obsessed with it. I, on the other hand, have never been able to make it through on episode. Mark tries to tell me what great principles are manifest in Star Trek, I still can't make it through an episode (kinda like MASH-- I actually have tried and forced myself to watch it just to see if I could do it and I absolutely cannot do it.) Anyway, someone else in our family has come to love Star Trek now-- Tai. Mark and Tai will sit together and watch an episode and he will explain every little thing and all of the Treki terminology and it almost makes me cringe like Mr. Burns on the Simpsons. So now, Tai will come up and talk to me about Mr. Spock, or Khan? I don't know something like that... Then I have to call Mark at work to see what the heck she is talking about and what episode she wants to watch. I now know her favorite is "Devil in the Dark".
